Development Status And Countermeasures Of Professional Cooperative Economic Organizations Of Farmers And Herdsmen In Tongliao

Farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations are peasants who voluntarily participate.Based on the operation of peasant households,the peasants' specialized cooperative economic organizations aim at increasing the income of their members by using certain industries or products as their link,and implementing cooperative economic organizations such as capital,technology,production,purchase and sale,and processing.Agricultural cooperative economic organizations play an important role in promoting agricultural development and increasing incomes of farmers and herdsmen.The small-scale operation of farmers,the excessive decentralization of management practices and the low degree of farmer organization are important factors that limit the income increase of our peasants and the further development of the rural economy.Agricultural practice in developed countries proves that peasants' independent cooperation is the most effective solution to this contradiction means.Although the new farmer specialized cooperative economic organization has been developing in our country for more than twenty years,the Tongliao area started relatively late,and there is a lack of relevant research and practical experience in developing professional cooperative economic organizations for farmers and herdsmen.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to provide theoretical references and models for the development of professional cooperative economic organizations of farmers and herdsmen in Tongliao area.In this paper,the professional cooperative economic organizations of farmers and herdsmen in Tongliao City are taken as the research object,and the cooperatives of supply and marketing cooperatives,farmers and herdsmen in seven counties of Tongliao City are visited.Random sampling questionnaire is conducted to farmers,Analysis,supplemented by qualitative and typical case studies,the development status quo of farmers and herdsmen participating in specialized cooperative economic organizations,the organizational model,the needs and wishes of farmers and herdsmen in participating in cooperative economic organizations,The performance of cooperative economic organizations and other specific analysis.Finally,by referring to the development mode of the cooperative economic organizations in developed countries,trying to put forward the system of establishing specialized cooperative economic organizations of peasants and herdsmen in Tongliao City,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in light of the existing problems.The main conclusions of this paper:Firstly:At present,farmers and herders generally have a low level of cognition about them,and their cognition to specialized cooperative economic organizations changes in the same direction with the participation of farmers and herdsmen.With the deepening of awareness,the degree also continuously improves;Secondly : At this stage,farmers and herdsmen are more willing to participate in specialized cooperative economic organizations established by farmers or herdsmen or promoted by the government,and farmers and herdsmen who are in areas where sales are more willing to participate in specialized cooperative economic organizations led by leading enterprises;Thirdly:With the development of rural economy and the improvement of cultural level of farmers and herdsmen,the development mode of professional cooperative economic organizations will show the gradual evolution of roles.Different modes of specialized cooperative economic organizations will put different stages of development of agriculture and animal husbandry industries play a major role.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions were put forward:Clear the development goals and organizational forms.Increase financial support and increase the scale of capital investment;Focusing on guiding key areas of public service such as capacity-building of farmers and herdsmen's professional cooperatives,propaganda and training,and information services;Innovating financial support measures and exploring the establishment of a fiscal incentive mechanism for professional cooperatives of farmers and herdsmen,and encouraging more investment in urban finance and township government in Qi County.Vigorously promoting the leading role of demonstration model of agricultural and herdsmen professional cooperatives.
