The Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Tourism Development In Xinjin County

With the improvement of living standard,China's rural tourism has changed from the traditional sense of leisure tourism to the new holiday economic tourism in the era of quality first.Traditional rural tourism has been unable to meet the needs of rural tourism in China.Therefore,new requirements for the development of traditional tourist attractions and traditional tourism products are put forward.Because of China's rural tourism is still in the initial stage,but also can achieve complete market regulation at the same time,the development of rural tourism in China has been showing an overall lack of planning,extensive management,lack of infrastructure,industrial form behind the problem of industrial development,not only to continue to promote the economic development of rural areas,but also can not effectively meet the needs of the tourism market the development of industry,need to upgrade.With the rapid development of Chengdu tourism industry and tourism driven by policy support,Xinjin County Rural Tourism Transformation and upgrading achieved initial results,but in contrast with the location of the tourism development of county-level city in Xinjin County,the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism effect is not prominent,the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism has been restricted,need from Perspective of public policy Xinjin County Rural Tourism Transformation and upgrading support.This paper analyzes the problems in the development of rural tourism in Xinjin county from six aspects: tourism planning,financing environment,industry management,public service,industrial convergence and community participation.From the perspective of public policy,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the development of rural tourism in Xinjin County in terms of public sector coordination,public policy implementation,industry management and laws and regulations.In order to improve the planning of Xinjin County,the optimization of financial support,improve industry management,improve public services,policy supervision and cultural protection,seven aspects of rural tourism transformation and upgrading through fusion of industrial upgrading.This paper summarized the development of rural tourism in Xinjin County,Xinjin county and the main attractions of the transformation of case study to summarize the upgrading of rural tourism development problems,analyze the causes of the problems from the perspective of public policy,resulting in public policy from the perspective of exploring rural tourism upgrade path and policy recommendations.
