With the rapid developing of world economy and the increasingly fierce competition of industrialization. It promote the formation of a buyer's market. The need of productions' character is increasing. At the same time,the production of many varieties,small batch,short-cycle have gradually become the main mode of business.It has became an unavoidable problem before people that how effective do the quality management and control under the mode of production. From the date of SPC birth,it is for high-volume production,as the basis of sufficient date,under the environment of multi-varieties&small-batch production,due to the number of productions' samples are small,it has brought great difficulities for SPC's application.SPC is an important aspect of the quality control,to enrich and develop the SPC control theory and technology under the mode of multi-varieties&small batch production,it provide theoretical guidance for today's enterprises and organizations of the multi-varieties&small batch production that is important signification.This paper focuses on a series of concrete research such as the comprehensive evaluation of process similarity, process stability, process ability control and the Comprehensive assessment of products quality.According to the analysis of the characteristics of the mode of Multi-varieties&small batch, it is proposed that using matter-elemnt theory, constructing a sililarly indentifying model, according to the similarly evaluation of the manufacturing process in samll batch, found the process which comfirms the similar principle most, devide them into a same group, the process date in a same group is the same distributed date, then using relative conmmon difference law, carries on fitting processing to the quality character data, transforms them into data which confirms to the idential condition distributed, many a little makes a mickle, this expanded the sample quantity, then control them on the identical control chart, moniyoring the process in real-time whether it is in controlling or not. This provides the theory foundation for the SPC apply to manufacturing mode of Multi-varieties&small batch.Based on expanded sample quantity, and through the analysis of main factors(5MlE) which affect the process quality, here we apply the process ability index in the controlling process of Multi-varieties&small batch, and a computational method and a evaluation principle are given for computing the process ability index. This caused the controlling of the process ability into cancrete quantification, once problem occurred, after the computing of the process ability index, a solving solution can be given in time, thus control the process quality. The goal of controlling the process quality is to guarantee the final product quality, this thesis proposes a comprehensive evaluation method for evaluating the product quality, through element theoretical analisis, a quality evaluation model of multi-objective performance is established, this method unified the expert knowledge experience, causes the judgement more accurate, and confirm the feasibility and validity with examples.
