Supervision industry has a strong service,so the quality of supervision staff for the development of a supervision company,it is particularly important and key.However,as far as the present situation is concerned,the high talent wastage rate has become a common problem in the supervision industry,especially in the face of fierce talent competition,the traditional incentive system of supervisory staff can no longer meet the practical development requirements.Has become a major obstacle in the strategic development of the supervision company.Therefore,if the supervision company wants to realize the innovation transformation,it must strengthen the optimization and reconstruction of the incentive system,on the basis of fully arousing the enthusiasm of the supervisors,gradually cultivate and improve the core competitive advantage and promote the supervision industry.The improvement of the whole service quality.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire investigation and analytic hierarchy process to analyze the current situation,problems and reasons of the incentive system of supervision department staff in S supervision company as a case study.Then,by using hierarchical demand theory,fairness theory,expectation theory,reinforcement theory and other relevant theories and methods,the whole design and model construction of the new incentive system are carried out,with emphasis on management.Starting with the three dimensions of value and security,this paper expounds the specific reconstruction path.Finally,the effect of the new incentive system is verified by questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process.Under the guidance of relevant theories and combined with the actual situation of the company,this paper puts forward the reconstruction path,which has very strong guidance and universality,taking the staff of supervision department of S supervision company as the research object,and under the guidance of relevant theory and combined with the actual situation of the company.Hope to provide important reference and reference for the innovation and development of similar companies.
