At present,the rapid development of China's economy brings the development space for the design institute,however,the A Design Institute supervision department is difficult to grasp the development opportunities,because its management awareness is weak and the supervision department is lack of the incentive and evaluating system,as a result,there have some unfavorable circumstances appeared: the A Design Institute's performance comes down every year,the enthusiasm of staff is not high,the staff also has no confident to the company's future and personal career development.So how to effectively motivate the whole team and individual's growth and development,improve the core competitiveness of supervision department and grasp the developing opportunity is the way to solid sustainable development of the future.Based on this,by using the researching method of observation,interview methods and literature survey,and analyzing by Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,knowledge management theory and the knowledge based on human resource management,this paper puts forward the optimization methods of the scheme of A Design Institute supervision department's employee incentive plane,this paper is convenient to help the department to solve the problems of the present,to break out of the bottle neck of growth,to find out the new solutions of the management models,this paper also provides effective suggestions to the growth of the company's personnel management and feasible strategies for improving the competitiveness of the supervision department,researches the principles and logic of the improvement,and the way to improve the post and performance,the compensation and benefits,the discipline and culture,the team and the individual.This paper also supplements the methods of safeguards and constraints,it forms a systematic research results.So,I hope this study can work for the future implementation of the A Design Institute supervision department and provides guidance for the follow-up plans,policy recommendations,and some references of the management for the future research in this field.
