In recent years,with the high rapid development of China`s e-commerce and in the promotion of consumer demand,Installment e –commerce industry has entered the public's field of vision.After several years of market exploration,with the support of policies,the installment e-commerce industry has entered a rapid growth period,and the market scale continues to grow at a high speed.However,even though the general developing momentum of installment e-commerce industry is fast,the individual business including the start-up company like J e-commerce company`s situation is not that optimistic.Therefore,small and medium-sized installment e-commerce companies need to make the competitive strategy conforms with their own competitive strategy,and make corresponding adjustments under the guidance of this competitive strategy,and carry out market management activities to achieve benign development.Therefore,this paper aims to provide a reference solution for J e-commerce company through differentiated development strategy analysis.In the process of this study,we`ll clarify the status of the industry,and analyze the external environment of J E-commerce through PEST model analysis and Porter's five-force model.Then through the establishment of internal environment analysis,IFE and EFE matrix,it can be concluded that J E-commerce company has certain advantages in its ability to cope with internal environment and external environmental factors,but it is not prominent enough.Then,through SWOT analysis,we come to get the different development strategy of J e-commerce company.Then with this foundation,we proposed some specific implementation plans and safeguard measures of the differentiation strategy of J e-commerce company.So,through the specific process of making and implementing competitive strategy for J e-commerce company,like segment user groups to create the competitive advantage,conduct detailed operation to increase user stickiness,create a different user experience and so on.It could also provide reference for other installment e-commerce enterprises.
