Net cash flow refers to the net value of cash inflows and cash outflows of enterprises for a period of time.It is one of the most important indicators reflecting the current conditions and future development of a company,and is highly concerned by shareholders,creditors and managers.X Express is from Europe and has thousands of branches around the world.Each branch is a very important place for cash flow,information flow and logistics.In recent years,due to the continued recession in Europe,X Express' s revenue and cash flow decreased,bond rating and share price declined.It is obvious that the branch's business goals are different from head office.I have carried out in-depth research on performance evaluation,management model of branch and financial reports.After learning more about the actual situation of X Express,I built up a new branch performance evaluation system based on cash flow,which should push branch to do business according to head office's concerns.The rationality and feasibility of this method have been affirmed by the management and employees of X Express.At the same time,under the background of globalization and informatization,this method should also be useful for how to assess the performance of a branch in a large organization.
