A Study On Countermeasures Of Rural Tourism Development Of Dalian Lvshunkou District

Rural tourism has increasingly become a way for city residents to relax themselves and get close to nature.Due to its huge economic value,rural tourism not only provides leisure functions,but also effectively solves the problem of increasing farmers' income from the perspective of promoting rural economic development,and further becomes an important channel to adjust the agricultural industrial structure and narrow the gap between urban and rural wealth,which is increasingly valued by government departments.Lushunkou district beautiful environment,has the congenital advantage of the development of tourism industry,especially the rural tourism,three-dimensional traffic network provides the tourism development,lushunkou district has become a collection of leisure tourism,agricultural harvest,spa and other modern rural tourism function in the integration of key areas has great tourism potential.Through the analysis of the concept,development characteristics and research results of academic circles,this paper studies the development status,existing problems and causes of rural tourism in lushunkou district,and then puts forward the development countermeasures of rural tourism industry in the tourism district.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction part,which mainly elaborates the topic selection background and research significance of rural tourism in tourist areas.To study relevant literature at home and abroad and summarize it;The research method,technical route and main contents of this paper are determined to lay a foundation for the research.The second part is the analysis of the problems and causes of rural tourism development in tourist areas.Investigating tour area rural tourism development present situation,summary tour area rural tourism resources,the development of rural tourism and rural tourism development achievements,the analysis of tour area,the main problems existing in the development of rural tourism and the causes of problems,for the development of tour area of rural tourism development plan to provide the reality basis.The third part is the demonstration of rural tourism development plan in tourism district.Based on the theories of rural tourism development and public management,the development model and beneficial experience of rural tourism in Japan's kishida city,chengdu in sichuan province and shunde in guangdong province are used for reference.The development plan of rural tourism in tourist areas is designed and the feasibility of the plan is analyzed to lay a foundation for the development strategy of rural tourism.The fourth part is the countermeasures of rural tourism development.Based on the relevant theories of public management,this paper proposes specific countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problems existing in the management of government departments,tourism infrastructure,the lack of professional talents and the lack of rational planning in the development of rural tourism in tourist areas,so as to promote the development of rural tourism in tourist areas towards the direction of quality.Lushunkou district as a demonstration of the development of the rural tourism in dalian area,analysis of lushunkou district rural tourism resources,tourism resources development measures and achievements,research lushunkou district rural tourism development problems and causes,and put forward the targeted countermeasures,can help to promote the sustainable development of lushunkou district rural tourism.
