| A company’s current main business is to provide solutions to electric bicycle lithium-ion battery and battery pack packaging enterprise,integrating research,production,sales and after-sales as a whole.The company has a good reputation in the market for lithium-ion battery in Guangdong.Currently the main downstream customers for the primary market in the production of electric bike are manufacturers such as BL and SI and electric bike dealers.The second is users of the electric bicycle and lithium electric bicycle repair shop,lithium electric bicycle dealer maintenance station.Monthly production capacity of the company reached ten thousand groups in the field of e-bicycle li-ion battery.The purpose of this paper is to study and formulate competitive strategy of the electric bicycle lithium ion battery business of A company.First,we used common enterprise strategy theories-PEST analysis model and Porter’s five forces analysis model to analyze the external environment of lithium-ion battery business of A company.We found that the companies are facing some opportunities,such as a substitution effect of electric bicycle on the bicycle in the future;Lithium ion batteries with technological change,the price advantage becoming increasingly apparent,the good prospects for the future development of the industry.A company also is facing some threat.The electric bicycles are limited or forbidding in some cities.So the development of electric bicycle industry is limited.The impact of low-quality lithium-ion battery is causing the industry crisis.Secondly,we used strategy theories,the resources of the company,capacity and the use of value chain to analyze the external environment of the business of A company.We found that the company has certain advantages in these areas,such as the production of lithium-ion battery pack manufacturing,service and speed of response.Of course,we also found to have some disadvantages,such as the lack of independent research system,the lack of market development and channel marketing management capabilities.By using SWOT analysis,combined with the company’s vision and strategic positioning,the company is determined to take unique competitive strategy.A company’s target customers are not to pay attention to the basic performance and quality,but also the mid-range price and certain sensitivity.The target market is large and medium sized cities in the south of the Yangtze River,especially in Guangdong province.Corresponding,they need to design unique products or services and create a unique value creation system.Finally,in order to protect the company’s competitive strategy to be successfully implemented,we need to break down the plan.We not only need that the plan is divided into three stages,but also need to take advantage of business strategy means making the various functional departments to do appropriate use of the organization as well as the management means organizational structure,corporate governance,incentive mechanism,enterprise culture,and so on.In this paper,the small and medium-sized lithium-ion battery PACK business strategy in the development of competition,there is a certain reference. |
