With the vigorous development of new energy automobile industry,lithium industry has attracted much attention.T Company is a company with strong competitiveness and international discourse power.It has a large asset scale,advanced technology,high-quality resources and a complete industrial chain.However,its market performance does not match its capacity position,and its market share needs to be further improved.Therefore,the exploration and study of T company’s competitive strategy is of profound significance to T Company and the whole lithium industry.This paper comprehensively uses PEST,Porter’s Five Forces,value chain and other analysis tools to analyze the internal and external environment of T Company’s lithium processing business and its competitiveness against the background of the middle stream of lithium industry.According to Porter’s theory of three modes of competitive strategy,this study believes that T company should mobilize its cost advantage and choose cost competitive strategy and differentiation competitive strategy.This study also puts forward the corresponding competitive strategic safeguard measures from four aspects:technical safeguard,operational safeguard,capital safeguard and strategic alliance safeguard.This study is expected to provide a reference for T Company to develop competitive strategies,achieve business objectives and improve its competitive position,as well as provide some reference for the optimization of market structure and the improvement of industrial benefits in the lithium industry.
