This study used statistical analysis of land use structure characteristics, land use type area change index, land use degree comprehensive index and land use type diversification analysis index of different urban areas in Chengdu from 2009 to 2016 and used qualitative methods to study Chengdu in 8 years.Driving factors for changes in land use types in different urban areas. It mainly analyzes the population, urbanization rate and economic factors and cultivated land and transportation land. Finally,it discusses how to improve on the basis of current actual conditions and problems in Chengdu and has formulated relevant improvement plans and Implementation Plan.Through the above analysis of relevant results, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The land use structure characteristics of different urban areas in Chengdu from2009 to 2016 indicate that the main land use types in Wuhou District,Jinniu District,Xindu District,Wenjiang District,Dayi County and Dujiangyan City are urban villages and industrial and mining land, respectively.Urban villages and industrial and mining land, cultivated land, urban villages and industrial and mining land, forest land and forest land.In 2016,the area of major land use types in each urban area was 6932.7 hm~2,8832.9 hm~2,16541.3 hm~2,13518.1 hm~2,70165.1 hm~2 and 57929.1 hm~2,accounting for 91.99%,82.05%,33.32%and 48.95%,54.66%and 47.94%,respectively.The land use type of grassland did not appear in Wuhou District,Jinniu District,Xindu District and Wenjiang District of Chengdu. It was only distributed in Dayi County and Dujiangyan City.In 2016,the grassland area of the two urban areas was 3361.4 hm~2.And 71.7 hm~2,accounting for2.62%and 0.06%.During the period of 2009-2016,the urban and rural areas, industrial and mining land and transportation land in different urban areas of Chengdu gradually increased, while the land area of cultivated land, garden land, forest land, grassland, water area and water conservancy facilities and other land areas generally showed a downward trend. The land use type with the largest area reduction is garden land.In the past 8 years, the area of Xindu District has decreased by 59.74%,while the area of transportation land in Dayi County has increased the most, reaching 17.29%.(2)In terms of the comprehensive index of land use level, different urban areas in Chengdu showed varying degrees of growth during 2009-2016,Chengdu Wuhou District,Jinniu District,Xindu District,Wenjiang District,Dayi County and Dujiangyan City. The comprehensive land use index is 278.63,291.13,190.37,195.17,192.19,and 207.38,respectively.The diversification index GM of land use type diversity in different urban areas of Chengdu remained basically unchanged during 2009-2016.The land use type dominance index of Wenjiang District and Dujiangyan City in Chengdu showed a gradual decline in 2009-2016,while the land use type dominance index of Wuhou District,Jinniu District and Xindu District gradually increased, and land use in Dayi County There was no significant change in the type dominance index. In 2009-2016,the land use type uniformity index of Chengdu Xindu District,Wenjiang District,Dayi County and Dujiangyan City showed a gradual upward trend, while the Wuhou District and Jinniu District changed in opposite directions.(3)Through qualitative analysis,we can understand the influencing factors of land use types in different urban areas of Chengdu.Demographic factors, social factors and economic factors affect the changes in land use types. In terms of population factors, between 2009 and 2016,the population of Chengdu Wuhou District,Jinniu District,Xindu District,Wenjiang District and Dujiangyan City was negatively correlated with the cultivated land area. The area of cultivated land and population in Dayi County was correlated. The area of cultivated land in Wenjiang District is the most affected by the population,R~2=0.1597.Compared with the cultivated land area, the population has a greater impact on the area of transportation land. The fitting relationship between the population of Dayi County and the area of transportation land is as high as 0.9419.Moreover,the area of transportation land in different urban areas of Chengdu has been greatly affected by the population.(4)In terms of social factors, urbanization rate is an important social phenomenon. The urbanization rate of Chengdu Jinniu District and Wuhou District during the period of2009-2016 was 100%.The cultivated land and transportation land in Xindu District,Wenjiang District,Dayi County and Dujiangyan City of Chengdu are affected by the urbanization rate, and the transportation land in the four urban areas is affected by the urbanization rate. The area of R~2=0.6868.However,the cultivated land area in Dayi County is hardly affected by the urbanization rate. The fitting relationship between cultivated land area and urbanization rate is R~2=0.0004.The urban area where the cultivated land area is most affected by the urbanization rate is Xindu District,R~2=0.7913.(5)In terms of economic factors, the main choice is the fitting of regional GDP and cultivated land and transportation land.In 2009-2016,the cultivated land area and regional GDP of different urban areas in Chengdu were negatively correlated. The cultivated land area of Xindu District was the most affected by the regional GDP,R~2=0.9192,and the cultivated land area of Dayi County was affected by the area. The impact of GDP is relatively small,R~2=0.1787.On the contrary, there is a positive correlation between the area of transportation land and the total GDP of the region. The R~2 of the distribution of transportation land and regional GDP in Wenjiang District is R~2=0.9474,indicating that the change of the area of transportation land in the region is affected by the regional production. The value has a greater impact.
