At present,the world has already entered the era of the Internet,and the rapid development of the Internet has made its social and economic infiltration in our country increasingly and closely interwoven with our daily daily.According to the statistical data of China's e-business Research Center,the network retail volume in China has been already already in the end of 2016.Up to 53 trillion and 300 billion yuan,a year-on-year increase of 39%,and the network consumer reached 510 million,an increase of 8.67%,the prosperity of e-commerce in China has contributed greatly to our economy.Development,the rise of rural residents' desire for online shopping,government policy support and other factors have become the driving force for the development of rural e-commerce.However,the development of rural e-commerce is still facing many problems,and the development model has played a key role in promoting its development as a choice in the strategy and direction of the rural e-commerce.As an example,the study of rural electric business development mode has certain significance.Based on the theory of sustainable development,system theory and the theory of e-commerce,this paper uses the literature research method,field investigation method and case analysis method,through field investigation,in-depth interview and multi department data collection,and so on to the mode selection,the reasons of the mode selection and the advantages and disadvantages of the mode of Dayi country's rural e-commerce development.So as to clarify the specific situation of Dayi rural electric business development mode.Research conclusions: In order to promote the development of tourism,agriculture and public services,Dayi Country actively develops e-commerce,especially rural e-commerce,such as training rural e-commerce talents,realizing the branding and standardization of agricultural products,improving the network infrastructure of Dayi Country,and realizing the full coverage of the launch in the residential area.According to the economic environment of rural e-commerce in Yixian Country,the economic development of Dayi Country is relatively good,but the level of rural economic development is low and the structure is unreasonable;from the perspective of rural consumption environment in Dayi Country,the overall low consumption of rural residents to a certain extent restricts the development of rural e-commerce;from the Perspective of development model,the government-led e-commerce development model.The enterprise-led e-commerce development model had realized sales revenue of about 400 million yuan by 2016.The rise of cooperative-led e-commerce development model was mainly to promote the sales and response of cooperative products.National policy calls for cooperatives to link e-commerce with farmers and agricultural products.This mode of communication is low cost,but often lack of talent support,and its development scale is small.Dayi Country is an important part of the comprehensive development of agricultural production,manufacturing and service industries in Chengdu,and the rapid development of agricultural economy is conducive to the development of e-commerce in Dayi Country,but the scarcity of talent,the implementation of related supporting services and the low degree of e-commerce transactions restrict the development of e-commerce in Dayi Country.Taiwan's corresponding policies to guide the development of local e-commerce,network infrastructure construction has a certain effect,the upgrading of economic level are opportunities for the development of rural e-commerce in Dayi Country,but the inherent consumption habits of large rural residents,low level of rural informatization is a challenge to the development of rural e-commerce in Dayi Country.According to the choice of rural development mode and the actual situation of Dayi Country,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:(1)Speeding up the construction of rural e-commerce infrastructure,promoting the construction of rural basic information network and the research and development of e-commerce supporting technology;(2)Promoting the brand construction of rural e-commerce;(3)Developing agricultural intermediary agencies vigorously.(4)improve the rural electricity supplier logistics system;(5)cultivate rural electric business talents.
