Rural e-commerce is an effective way to solve the problem of agricultural products going up and industrial products going to the countryside,which is of positive significance to promote farmers to save money and increase income,and promote the rural economic development.However,there are still bottlenecks in the development of rural e-commerce in poor areas,such as talent,logistics,brand and capital.It is necessary to explore new development models and realize the transformation of e-commerce model.In the new media era,social e-commerce is gradually becoming the main force of e-commerce innovation,and the rural e-commerce model is also gradually changing to social e-commerce model.According to the 2019 China social e-commerce industry development report released by China Internet association,the market scale of social e-commerce will account for more than 30% of online retail in 2020.At present,many social platforms are gradually becoming a new engine to tap the potential of rural market and inject new momentum into rural economic development.Based on the particularity of limited resources in poor areas and the new media era,this paper tries to innovate the mode of rural e-commerce and strive to transform it into social e-commerce.The main research content includes six aspects.The first part mainly analyzes the research background and significance of rural social e-commerce in poverty-stricken areas,as well as the domestic and foreign research on the connotation,characteristics,influencing factors,development mode and policy system of rural e-commerce,and defines the research purpose and content,and puts forward the innovation of the research.The second part simply states the basic concepts and the theoretical basis of this paper.The third part compares and analyzes three kinds of typical rural e-commerce development modes,Sui chang mode,Cheng xian mode and Tong yu mode.Platform driven,resource integration and brand building are their main success attributes,which is also the reference for the development of social e-commerce in rural poor areas.Then,it expounds the impact of new media technology on the transformation and upgrading of rural e-commerce to social e-commerce.The fourth part makes a SWOT analysis on the development of social e-commerce in poverty-stricken areas in view of the special situation of limited resources,and defines the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges.Then it constructs a "new media rural social e-commerce development model" with the new media social platform as the core drive and the traditional e-commerce platform as the auxiliary drive,and selects the social e-commerce carried out by the new farmer named @ West YunnanXiaoge,who is the leader of micro blog popular food blogger,as a case for practical analysis.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures needed for the development of social e-commerce under the limited resource conditions in the poor rural areas,covering six parts,such as strengthening the construction of rural infrastructure,training new farmers of social e-commerce,supporting logistics service system,encouraging the participation of multiple social platforms,building the brand of agricultural products and strengthening the financial support.The sixth part is the summary and prospect of the research.It can be seen from the research that the development of rural e-commerce has risen to a new height,and the innovation and transformation of e-commerce mode are the requirements of the poor areas in response to the times.The new media rural social e-commerce development model proposed in this paper can not only build a huge flow pool for new farmers,but also perfectly integrate the social scene and e-commerce scene,integrating "exhibition,production,marketing and supply".It is a powerful assistant for rural e-commerce to gradually transform into social e-commerce in poor areas to quickly achieve income generation and prosperity and promote economic development.It will provide model reference and basis to some extent for the transformation of rural e-commerce,and also enrich the types of rural e-commerce development model.The application of social e-commerce technology needs to consider all kinds of situations in rural areas of poverty-stricken areas comprehensively,and needs to explore and explore in the continuous theory and practice.
