Research On Investment Risk Management Of Urban Building Projects

In China,the urban building industry is an emerging industry.While it is booming,it also highlights some shortcomings and problems.The purpose of this paper is to develop an effective risk management system by studying the risk factors of urban building investment,helping investors to raise risk awareness,understand risks and conduct risk assessment.In the process of urban building investment,how to avoid investment risks,how to effectively compete,and achieve reasonable benefits,it is of great significance to carry out research in this area.Taking the company A project as a case,this paper calculates the weight of each factor of urban building project investment risk by using the analytic hierarchy process,and then uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with examples to analyze the company's urban building projects ranked in the top seven.The risk factors are marketing risk,macroeconomic risk,security system risk,brand building risk,financing risk,market risk and strategic decision risk.The above-mentioned risk influencing factors and possible consequences are analyzed,and the company's urban building project is summarized.Problems with investment risk management.Finally,through the enlightenment and experience of risk discrimination of A company's urban building project investment,the paper puts forward the targeted risk management optimization strategy suggestion,and puts forward the risk identification,risk assessment,risk management strategy formulation and implementation,risk management supervision and assessment.Specific aspects of risk control specific initiatives are recommended for urban building project investors.
