Research On Measures For Developing Bed Breakfast Industry In Mount Mogan

With the continuous improvement of people's living standard and consumption level,eco-tourism and rural tourism have been developing rapidly all over the world.Especially in China,with the guidance and support of national policies,the homestay industry is expected to become a new platform for the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Mogan Mountain is located in Deqing County,Zhejiang Province,with unique location advantages,abundant eco-tourism resources and solid industrial foundation.This paper takes Mogan Mountain residential quarters as the object of study,through the use of data query,questionnaire,field visits and other methods to understand and analyze the emergence,development history and current situation of Mogan mountain's b&b(bed & breakfast)industry.In view of the problems such as high allocation rate and low turnover rate,lack of personalized products,lack of brand management concept,lack of community building and profit driven investment in Mogan Mountain b&b,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems through questionnaires.This paper applies service marketing theory,tourism experience theory and community symbiosis.The theory is the theoretical support.It puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of Mogan Mountain residential areas,including improving the management level of residential and residential areas,enhancing product types and cultural connotations,building multi-dimensional residential brand,promoting community symbiosis,increasing supervision and standardizing guidance.
