Research On The Countermeasure About County Rural Bed And Breakfast Economic Development Of The County Government

Since 2015,the "No 1 Central Document" has been issued by government,the development of rural tourism,rural Bed and Breakfast stay facility as a key way to catch a work related to agriculture,they put the development of rural leisure tourism economy in a more prominent position,and made a series of decisions and deployment,Bed and Breakfast is facing unprecedented development opportunities.Under the background of rural ecology civilization construction,rural leisure tourism has gradually become a new economic growth point of increasing farmers' income,and it is playing more and more important roles.One of the most important carriers of rural tourism is B&B.That means the development level of rural home can reflect the level of development of local rural tourism to a certain extent.In the early stage,the industry and market of the B&B has not yet formed yet.Before the market,"invisible hand",cannot effectively control it,The county-level government introduced a series of policies and measures to promote the development of the whole rural home stay facility industry economy.Songyang county begins the adjustment of industrial structure to achieve the rapid development of economy,Songyang will need to rely on natural resources,the characteristics of existing ancient village resources superiority and the development of the B&B.Recently,Songyang relies on the beautiful rural scenery and rich cultural heritage,based on the requirements of the new urbanization,and actively explore the transformation path from beautiful environment to beautiful economy and beautiful life.With emphasis on the traditional villages protection development,established the culture leading rural road to recovery,and strive to complete the construction of new rural communities.To build the new style of village "complete,comfortable,livable,energetic,humanistic",and ultimately create a quality of countryside life,To promote the green development,ecological and enriching the county,scientific leap,B & B is an important side for the government of Songyang county further.Since 2016,the rural home in Songyang County developing rapidly,which has made many achievements,but there are some poor qualities in service,organization level.All in all,Our performance has been noticeable progress in it,however,problems are also very prominent.Behind the problem is the absence of government in promoting the B & B in the process of economic development.During the development of economic,we need learn to “thinking”.How to promote Songyang's position,make greater contribution in Songyang's social and economic development,these are the important subjects for the government of Songyang.This article analyzes the current situation of Songyang County,the government conducted a comprehensive empirical study deeply in the promotion of various government behavior during the development of B & B economical industry,puting forward the existing problem of Songyang County in economic development,analysis the reasons of problems,provide suggestions for the government to boost the county hostel economy in the new situation of the healthy and sustainable development.
