With the rapid development of Internet technology,the living standards of people have been greatly improved.At the same time,people's demand for material is increasingly diversified.For enterprises,in order to achieve rapid development,they must adapt to the social changes at first,then break through their own weaknesses.Especially for panel furniture industry,the pressure that they are facing to survive is increasing.Faced with the development of high-tech industry and Internet technology,the panel furniture industry must not only maintain the original store sales model,but also promote the O2 O model.Only in this way can enterprises get more market development space.On the basis of reviewing the relevant concepts and theories of consumer behavior pattern,network marketing and O2 O marketing,the present situation of marketing of LYN furniture company is analyzed,and the Porter's Five Forces Analysis Model and SWOT Environment Comprehensive Analysis Framework were used to demonstrate the necessity of implementing O2 O in LYN furniture company,then the strategy of O2 O marketing model was formulated.Under the guidance of the strategy of LYN furniture company's O2 O marketing model,the specific implementation steps and operation strategies are designed.In the end,the paper analyses the risks and preventive measures of implementing the O2 O marketing model in LYN furniture company.LYN furniture company should adopt the strategy of O2 O model.The main risks of the model are as follows:(1)Risks from unbalanced online and offline channels;(2)Risks from Internet Communication Effect;(3)Risks of insufficient company resources.Faced with the above risks,the following preventive measures should be taken:(1)Strengthen the ability of employees and reach a united front with distributors;(2)Strengthen CRM resource management and deal with customer demands and complaints in a timely way;(3)Regional pilot-total radiation promotionmode;(4)Employment of professional consultants.The completion of this paper,on the one hand,can enrich the theoretical research of the furniture industry's O2 O model,on the other hand,can formulate corresponding strategies for LYN furniture company aiming at the specific problems existing,further understand the needs of consumers,reduce the risk problems of the company,and give full play to the advantage of the company,with the help of big data,enterprises can get better development,and can successfully use the O2 O marketing mode,can also provide reference for other similar enterprises.
