The wooden civil furniture market is a segment market of the furniture industry. In recent years, with steady economic growth and enhance communication with other countries, China's furniture industry has entered a period of rapid development, which brought a rare development opportunity for furniture manufacturers.The H furniture factory is a state-owned medium furniture enterprise. As a result of planned economy's influence, this factory has met many questions in the current market marketing. This paper conducted a study for the factory's Tianjin marketing strategies using Marketing theory in light of the actual situation of H furniture factory.Firstly, the paper studied the current situations and the problems of H furniture factory marketing management, analyzed the causes of these problems and put the basic ideas for solving them. Secondly, the paper gave a research to the external and internal environment of H furniture factory's Tianjin marketing and the resource of H furniture factory, made it clear that the competitive advantages and disadvantages, market opportunities and environment threats. Thirdly, on the basis of the above analysis, the paper re-enacted the H furniture factory's Tianjin Marketing Strategies, Including: STP strategy, 4Ps marketing mix-strategy. Finally, the paper formulated the other countermeasures to ensure the implementation of the Marketing Strategy, Including renewal marketing concepts, perfect marketing organizations and agencies, marketing personnel's training and drive and so on.
