With the growing of aging population in China,there are increasing number of veteran employees in enterprises.As the important resource of an enterprise,working enthusiasm of veteran employees will directly affect the economic development and personnel stability.According to the relevant researches at home and abroad,the study on working enthusiasm of veteran employees of NF Shijiazhuang Branch was hold by literature researching,interviews,questionnaires,statistical analysis and other methods.By comparing the needs of veteran employees with the human resources policies of NF,the main factors that affect working enthusiasm of the veteran employees are as follows: Unreasonable job assignment,lack of humanistic comfort,hinder of promotion,insufficient salary distribution,limited honor incitement and low retirement benefit.Considering the working mode of NF,it is suggested that the following methods should be adopted to improve working enthusiasm of veteran employees: Rationalizing job allocation,strengthening humanistic concern,improving internal recruitment and selection system,further improving compensation,providing diversified honorary awards and improving pension benefits for retirees.
