Facing with increasing environmental pressure,emission reduction pressure and economic development pressure,China has made Green Transformation Development a national strategy.The Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration is located at the intersection of "Yangtze river economic belt" and "One Belt And One Road" national strategy,and has a very important strategic location in the national and regional development pattern,possess 1/5 of the economy of the country,economic structure is complex,is the economic development of China's green engine,in promoting our country economy plays an important role in the process of green transformation,thus to explore the regional green economic efficiency of the characters of temporal and spatial and the influencing factors is of great significance.Based on the point of view " economic and social-resources and environment",the integration of Super-SBM-Undesirable and projection pursuit model,build a green economy efficiency calculation model which considers human well-being and social equity(traditional green economical efficiency does not conclude),to evaluate green economic efficiency of 26 city in Yangtze river delta urban agglomerations in 2005-2016,further using the coefficient of variation and the exploratory spatial data reveal its spaio-temporal evolution characteristics,build three kinds of spatial econometric model to parse its influence factors.The results show that:(1)The correction efficiency of green economy is significantly lower than that of traditional green economy,and the gap between the two is widening year by year.The efficiency of traditional green economy exaggerates the achievements of green development.(2)The overall efficiency of green economy has significant characteristics in stages.From 2005 to 2010,the efficiency value continued to decline,while from 2010 to 2015,it tended to be stable and showed signs of a small recovery.(3)The economic efficiency of the green area gradually narrowed but the effect is not significant difference,the overall by the "big gap,low level" to "larger difference,low level",specific to hefei city circle > > hangzhou nanjing,ningbo metropolis circle city circle > > Su Xi metropolis circle in Shanghai,the overall layout and rendering "low west high east" spatial pattern characteristics and obvious spatial agglomeration phenomenon.(4)Spatial Durbin model to investigate the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration green economic efficiency has a better fitting effect,the service sector,extroverted degree,government management,science and technology innovation,and education level with a positive impact on the efficiency of the green economy,the urbanization level is negative,no significant influence of the proportion of secondary industry and GDP,at the same time,various factors not only affect local economic efficiency will be green,in which the proportion of the tertiary industry,extroverted degree,scientific and technological innovation,education level of surrounding areas exist spatial spillover effects.(5)The influence factors of the direct effect of local green economic efficiency contribution strength for the proportion of the tertiary industry > urbanization level education level > science and technology innovation level,extroverted degree > government management,there is space for the neighborhood spillover effects of sorting for the proportion of the tertiary industry > education level > science and technology innovation extroverted degree.This study proposes a green economic efficiency measurement index system considering people's well-being,and introduces a projection pursuit model to avoid the measurement error of green economic efficiency caused by the difference in index weight,which is the biggest innovation of this paper.
