Based on the theories of synergetics theory,uncertainty theory,chaos theory and fractal theory,and the understanding of collaborative logistics network operation mechanism,this paper research on the resource allocation process and the analyze control way of its order degree,finally optimization control measures are put forward to enhance collaborative logistics network operation ability and efficiency.First of all,it introduces operating mechanism of collaborative logistics network resource allocation,which includes synergy form of collaborative logistics network from spot and spot,line and line,spot and line,chain and chain,and cooperative principles,goals and collaborative levels.Then the paper discusses the three interact modes of collaborative logistics network resource allocation which are dominated by manufacturers,dominated by the third party logistics enterprise and dominated by the professional information platform.Second,this research establishes the uncertainty model of collaborative logistics network resource allocation and describe the uncertainty index.Then it sets up a resource allocation model of multi-level collaboration points by Bi-level programming and random chance constrained programming,and put forward the random chance constrained conversion method and some ideas of model solutions,In the design the simulation examples,the genetic algorithm and genetic simulated annealing algorithm are used to validate the feasibility of the model and the optimality of genetic simulated annealing algorithm.Third,considering uncertainty degree of collaborative logistics network resource allocation,the paper constructed orderly analysis model,including establishing the evaluation index and method of order degree,then it uses the correlation dimension model to analyze its complexity and Kolmogorov entropy model to analyze its chaotic degree and determine the parameters such as embedding dimension,delay time,scale-free area.At the same time,it establishes a simulation and analyze the value of correlation dimension and Kolmogorov entropy according to different operation cases,it verifies the operability and identification of the model.Finally,the control optimization measures of collaborative logistics network resource allocation are put forward.The paper introduces the resource allocation control measures from uncertainty aspects such as order processing and transport time,the order degree optimization measures from logistics nodes and nodes function,so that it can effectively improve the differentiation and the rationality of collaborative logistics network resource allocation.
