Since twenty-first Century,Information &Communication Technologies(ICTs)has been widely popularized and applied.As one of the main forms of e-commerce,the ex port O2 O is developing rapidly.At present,academic circles generally believe that e-co mmerce will have a significant impact on the development of urban entity commerce,and e-commerce has a unique spatial development regular pattern.Therefore,in the inf ormation age,the urban dining space under the influence of takeaway O2 O e-commerc e may be reconstructing.In recent years,e-commerce,as a new commercial geography phenomenon,is attr acting more and more attention from the Geographers.In conclusion,the current resear ch mainly focuses on the impact of e-commerce on the development of real business,the spatial characteristics of the e-business market and its impact on the spatial pattern of the urban entity.However,the existing research focuses on online-shopping C2 C an d group-buying O2 O,and few studies involve the special commercial space characteris tics of takeaway O2 O.The takeaway O2 O is different from the first two forms of e-co mmerce,with two attributes of local transaction type and transactional type,which wil l inevitably form a unique spatial feature in the city.In view of this,this paper takin g Changchun as an example based on O2 O e-commerce,discusses the spatial characte ristics and development of O2 O catering space in the information age,analyzing the s patial interaction between O2 O catering industry and the entity catering industry,in or der to understand the development logic of the catering space in the information age.T he theory provides complementary and empirical experience of research subjects and c ontents for the theory of human geography,especially the theory of behavioral geogra phy.First,this paper makes a visual expression of the spatial characteristics of O2 O a nd entity catering industry by using large data for compareing and analyzing the spati al characteristics of the O2 O and the entity catering industry from the following four aspects:(1)From the point of view of the distribution pattern,the O2 O catering industr y and the entity catering industry have a tendency to gather in space,and the degree of spatial agglomeration of the entity catering industry is higher than the degree of sp atial agglomeration of the O2 O catering industry.Compared to the entity catering indu stry,the O2 O catering industry center in Changchun is relatively scattered,distributed in the center and periphery of the city,and forms a number of polar nuclei,showing a spatial expansion model of "circle + multi core".(2)In terms of the quantitative chara cteristics,the quantitative characteristics of the two are generally consistent,but there i s also a gap between the size,quantity and the developed degree of the O2 O catering industry and the entity catering industry in a few area.(3)Through the hot spot analysi s,it is found that the hot area of O2 O catering is easy to be formed in the gatheringareas of the restaurants with rich types of restaurants and medium and low-grade rest aurants in the ripe catering trade area and the ripe commercial service facilities and th e mature catering industry.(4)The reputation distribution of takeaway O2 O catering indu stry is consistent with entity catering industry overall,but its high reputation value res taurants are not only concentrated in the traditional commercial centers in Changchun but also forming the secondary centers in the eastern periphery.Gather scale and scop e of the core area are relatively small and each center has the characteristics of dimin ishing spheres.Secondly,based on the above research,this paper analyzes the causes of the uniq ue spatial pattern of takeaway O2 O catering,which is formed by the differences in th e spatial characteristics of two kinds of catering formats.The results show that the spat ial distribution pattern of takeaway O2 O catering industry is mainly explained by the number of entity restaurants,he number of hospitals and the number of universities,b ut population density,road network density and land prices had less influence on the spatial distribution.Finally,this paper discusses the interaction between the O2 O and the entity cateri ng industry,and predicts the future trend of the development of the catering space,in order to summarize the spatial response of the two types of catering trade.The speci fic conclusions are as follows: The takeout O2 O has a significant effect on promoting the development of the catering industry in urban entities,which will affect the spati al pattern of catering in the city.In accordance with the hypothesis of efficiency hyp othesis,for the region far away from the center of the city,under the stimulation of t he O2 O technology,the size of the entity catering outlets will gradually expand,and t he development of the entity catering industry will become mature.Urban entity caterin g industry provides good development conditions for the formation of O2 O catering vi rtual space.The virtual commercial space formed by the O2 O catering industry is gra dually covering the urban entity catering space,the virtual catering space and the entit y catering space will gradually merge,and finally realize the full coverage of the cate ring space.
