Research On Optimization Of Material Procurement Management Of Henan Unicom

In recent years,especially with the coming of the Internet economy-era,traditional telecom technologies are deeply integrated with the Internet and big data technologies.In order to survive and develop,China Unicom must further improve their competitiveness in terms of internet ideas,smart supply chain and customer needs,it can reduce the cost of production and procurement management effectively.Therefore,the optimization of material procurement management has a huge impact on telecom companies.Based on the existing problems of Henan Unicom,we proposed a total optimal design scheme for procurement management,and we predict the effects of scheme through comparative analysis methods,which is effective.the thesis is arranged as follows: Firstly,in the context of writing background and research significance,this paper gives research on purpose,methods,and describes the structure and technical route of article.Then,we sort out the concept of procurement,laws,regulations and the theory of procurement optimization,and provides theoretical support of research,based on the concept of procurement management,supply chain management,total cost of ownership and supplier management theories.Afterwards,we analyze the problems and causes of Henan Unicom,such that unsound policy of procurement management,unreasonable means of procurement management,unscientific management of suppliers and low professional quality of procurement staffs etc.Finally,We propose an overall optimal design plan for Henan Unicom’s material procurement management.The plan includes effective measures,along with improving the policy,constructing the process,accelerating the iterative development of electronic mall platform function,strengthening the evaluation system of the supplier management,and reinforcing the operational capacity of procurement staffs.
