Research On The Social Service Issues Of Farmer Cooperatives In Shangshui County

The socialized service provided by farmers' cooperatives involves all aspects of agricultural production and accelerates the development of agriculture by expanding the chain of agricultural industry chain and production efficiency.However,at present,the demand for the new development model and the demand for upgrading and transforming agriculture,the socialized service of farmers' cooperatives is also facing new development challenges.In the first chapter,based on the introduction of the research background,significance and purpose,this paper summarizes the research situation described and pointed out in the relevant literature around this research field.The second chapter is the definition of the related theory of agricultural socialization service of farmers' professional cooperatives.Is one of the research directions of this paper.Grasp,is also the starting point and theoretical basis of the study.The third chapter describes and analyzes the present situation of socialized service of farmers' professional cooperatives in Shangshui County,and provides the types of socialized services through farmers' cooperatives.The present situation of supply and the evaluation of socialized service ability of Shangshui County are summarized and analyzed in combination with the present situation of farmers' cooperatives in Shangshui County.The fourth chapter puts forward the problems existing in the development of farmers' cooperatives in Shangshui county,and puts forward some suggestions to improve these problems in the fifth chapter.And in the sixth chapter of the summary.On the basis of relevant theoretical analysis,this paper studies the development of socialized service of farmers' cooperatives in Shangshui County through sampling survey and interviews with insiders.The results show that although the contents and modes of socialized services provided by each farmer cooperative in Shangshui County are different,they basically cover all aspects of agricultural production.Through the development of socialized service of farmers' cooperatives,not only the income of farmers but also the liberation of some rural labor forces have been liberated,the efficiency of agricultural planting has been improved,and the industrialization of agriculture has also been promoted.There has been some gain in adjusting the local industrial structure and improving the degree of organization.But farmers' professional cooperatives in Shangshui County The agricultural socialized service part also lacks the effectiveness to affect the whole socialized service level,as well as the farmer cooperative talented person existence gap,the sales ability is weak,the financial service supply is less.According to the results of the study,in order to improve the agricultural socialized service of farmers' cooperatives in Shangshui County,we can start with the following aspects: to promote the standardized development of the social service providers of farmers' professional cooperatives.Regular personnel training and personnel introduction to fill the talent gap,and through the development of cooperatives to improve sales capacity and financial services capabilities.
