Study On The Risks Of Interests Linkage Of Guizhou Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

As a economic organization that links various stakeholders,farmers' professional cooperatives play an important role in solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers through the development of agricultural industrialization,and thus play an important role in helping poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Based on the development practice of farmers' professional cooperatives in Guizhou Province,this paper adopts the questionnaire and multi-case research methods from the perspective of risk management theory and information asymmetry theory to lead cooperative cooperatives,capable leaders and cooperatives.The identification,analysis,evaluation and control of the risks of the three interest linkage models.Through the on-the-spot investigation of the farmers' cooperatives in Guizhou Province,a total of110 questionnaires were collected,and the risk of the three interest linkage models was identified by the results of the questionnaires.Then,the expert evaluation method was applied to each risk,and the risk was identified for the identified risks.The objective questionnaire data and the scatter plot formed by the subjective expert assessment can evaluate the risk of each interest linkage model.The author uses the collected cases to corroborate the risks of various interest linkage models.According to the research,the main risks in the process of interest linkage of leading cooperative enterprises are: enterprise default risk,responsibility sharing risk,product risk,ordinary member's difficulty in enjoying interest surplus risk,farmer default risk and company operation opacity risk;Cooperatives present large risks such as small scale of production,unstable interest linkage,and weak risk resistance.For grassroots government-driven cooperatives,capital risk,member incentive risk,industrial investment risk and member trust risk are greater.On this basis,the author mainly proposes control measures for the main risks of the three cooperatives from the perspectives of avoiding risks,accepting risks,reducing risks and sharing risks.
