A Study On Farmer Professional Cooperative Organization In Huai'an

Nowadays, agriculture manufacture depends on market, and the peasants demand greatly to enhance the efficiency of the small farmer's economy in large market. In order to decrease the risk and indeterminacy in bargaining, there must be an organization to be the agency inters peasants and market which delegates benefits of peasants straightly and in deed. So it is very important to construct farmer professional cooperative organization. The cooperative activities of farmers'cooperative organizations in Huaian have covered the storage, transportation and marketing, processing, technical and information services in the industries of grain, vegetables, orchards, livestock and birds and aquatics. Practices have proven that these organizations are an effective form for farmers to develop the economy, raise their income and get rich, and have played a positive role in improving the organization level for farmers'access to the market, guiding their participation in competition, improving the quality and security levels of farm produce and building a harmonious society.This thesis generally contains five parts:the firstly part system introduces the basic theory of farmer professional cooperative organization, including its connotation, types, and its theory origin. The second part analyses the present conditions of farmer professional cooperative organization in Huaian from their developing scale, running mechanism and their distributing. The third part analyses the intention and dilemma of Huaian farmers by its examples. The forth parts analyses the problems on development of farmer professional cooperative organization in Huaian based on huaian's actual conditions. The fifth part gives some suggestions to perfect farmer professional cooperative organization in Huaian, especially chooses of their models, their running mechanism, system of evaluating index and government support.Based on theory and statistical analyses, the thesis gives the following conclusions: Firstly, the thesis thinks that farmer professional cooperative organization is on a low stage, which is far away from the law of cooperative organization. Meanwhile, it also has some advantage to expand; Secondly, the thesis gives the reasons why Huaian's farmers don't join the farmer professional cooperative organization and these reasons are low attention, unperfected systems, and private profit and so on. Thirdly, the thesis gives the suggestions to promote to perfect the farmer professional cooperative organization of Huaian, theses suggestions are optimizing the running system of organization, choosing the organization ways of building organization, perfecting check-up system, strong the support of government.
