At present, the decline in employee loyalty is a common phenomenon in SMEs, This phenomenon is more prominent in the the western underdeveloped areas like Xinzhou City in Shanxi Province. Brain drain has been replaced by financing difficulties, and ancillary services can not keep up such issues as a constraint to enterprise development constraints. There are many reasons for this situation, such as natural environment, economic environment, the less objective reasons, but the company and employee's own reasons can not be ignored.The two-way loyalty between employees and SMEs is an important part in management of human resources but until now, people are more concerned about the loyalty of staff of the enterprise, but less talk about the loyalty of employees by enterprises.However, in this way loyalty, the corporate loyalty should also be placed in an important position. Aiming at the problem, this article sort out and analyze the theoryies of two-way loyalty of enterprises and employees,then use normative analysis, research and empiric analysis of research methods to define employee loyalty, corporate loyalty and other related concepts. The writer conducted Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province as a study example case, inquired into the problems of 30 SMEs in Xinzhou City and corporate human resources personnel and corporate executives on leadership conducted interviews. There are 200 questionnaires, 191 back, 165 valid questionnaires, interviews 94. Data collected by questionnaire and interview results were analyzed to study the Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, loyalty and employee loyalty SME status, and through empirical analysis of the factor analysis to identify the factors that affect the two-way loyalty, and ultimately proposed to improve the business Two-way loyalty and employee-related measures.Most previous studies on the loyalty of employees to stay loyal to the way in research, this paper broadens the scope of the study, two-way loyalty as the research object, and the specific circumstances of Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province as an example for analysis, it is this innovation Place. Finally proposed measures to improve two-way loyalty to other SMEs also have some reference.
