In the background of the contemporary market economy,the phenomenon of talent flow is more common.Many enterprises have appeared the problem of the reduction of the employee loyalty decline and the issue of brain drain.The problem of employee loyalty has become an important factor affecting the efficiency of enterprise production,the realization of enterprise value and the stability and development of the society.The main performance of low employee loyalty is the slacking off work,the high turnover rate,the leakage of business secrets and core technology,which is not only detrimental to the professional development of the employees,but also hinders the normal operation and development of the enterprises,and even affects the pace of the whole Socioeconomic development;the loyalty of the employees is high,The positive effect of empioyees with high-loyalty is mainly manifested in enhancing the condensing force and centripetal force,reducing empioyee training costs,increasing productivity and creating more benefits.Therefore,the research on employee loyalty has attracted more and more attention,and has become a hot topic of many scholars.This paper analyzed the domestic and international status on the theory of psychological contract,the theory of Habermas' s communicative behavior and the theory of identity,and tries to study the problem of employee loyalty management from the subject.First of all,a questionnaire survey is used to investigate the status of employee loyalty.The result shows that the level of employee loyalty is generally low.On this basis,the influence factors of employee loyalty are expounded from the perspective of individual,enterprise and society,and the effect of employee loyalty to the enterprise is analyzed.Secondly,this paper puts forward the ethical requirements of employee loyalty.It examines the conditionality and two-way character of employeeloyalty,and the internal ethical requirements of employee loyalty are mainly manifested in three aspects: honesty,reciprocity and fairness.Finally,from the social aspect,it puts forward the measures to improve the social environment of employee loyalty and establish a social ethical control mechanism focusing on good law and good governance.From the enterprise aspect,it puts forward the establishment of loyalty oriented organizational culture and the establishment of responsibility ethics guiding mechanism of paying attention to the values of loyalty,as well as the detailed measures for enterprises to improve staff loyalty.From the personal aspect,it puts forward the measures for employees to strengthen their moral spirit and sense of responsibility,and employees to face up to their psychological contracts with enterprises.
