With the rapid development of Internet technology,the world is getting smaller and smaller.The world is in a period of great change and development.The speed of this change is unprecedented,as can be seen from the update of the electronic digital products we used.If companies want to keep a place in this rapid development,innovation is necessary.The core of the innovation is the cultivation of the talent.Employee training occupies an important position in the enterprise development strategy.G Company is a leading digital security company.The company's constantly learning culture keeps its employees ahead of the curve in developing technologies and markets.The goal of G Company is to support employees to prepare for the future and realize their career ambition by providing a variety of learning opportunities.Technology in G's ecosystem is developing rapidly,and employees need the latest technology and knowledge to keep up with the market and customers.Therefore,enterprise training departments must adopt adaptive,up-to-date and on-demand learning plans to meet the immediate needs of employees in different disciplines and enterprises.Through questionnaire,data analysis and staff interview,this paper made a detailed investigation to the existing training system of G Company.It analysis defects of training system and put forward opinions and suggestions to optimize the system.The author hope that the optimized system would realize a win-win situation for both enterprise and employees.This article is divided into five parts.In the introduction of the first part,this paper introduces the background of topic selection,research significance,research ideas and methods.The second chapter is the case description.Based on the author's actual research in G Company,combined with the company's questionnaire and employees' interview,it introduces G Company and its industry in detail in the way of case description,focusing on the training situation and existing problems of G Company.The third part makes a concrete analysis of the case in the second chapter by combining the domestic and foreign training theories,and explains the problems and the causes of the problems.The fourth part proposes solutions to existing training problems to ensure the implementation of the solutions can effectively improve the existing problems in training of company G and optimize the training system.The fifth part summarizes the research of this paper.
