In today's world of economic globalization,with the continuous innovation and development of electronic information product technology,the production and sales of consumer electronic products continue to rise,driving the rapid growth of the capacitor industry.However,the disorderly expansion,repeated construction and serious homogeneity existing in the film capacitor industry,moreover the overall production capacity is seriously excessive.As an earliest listed company in thin film capacitor industry,TF Company,like other enterprises in the industry,is facing fierce market competition from home and abroad.In order to cope with the declining of capacitor industry,get rid of the current operating difficulties and maximize economic and social benefits,to achieve internal growth while expanding development,the first consideration is to optimize the internal coordination management,harmonious cooperation and competition among business divisions in the industrial chain,and reduce and even avoid internal friction.Based on the relevant theory of coordinationmanagement and system mechanism,this paper adopts the case study method and takes TF Company as the research object,according to the current coordination situation between TF business divisions,analyses the existing coordination problem and the causes thereof,and puts forward the constructionstrategiesof internal coordination between TF divisions and then performs effect evaluation,which is beneficial to the coordination and collaboration between each divisions.In addition,it is hoped to provide relevant theoretical support and reference for the internal coordination of similar companies with complete industrial chain.This paper consists of five parts,the framework is as follows:Part 1: The introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of this study,the research status at home and abroad,and the methods and contents of this study;Part 2: The theoretical basis of the research on internal coordination mechanism between TF business divisions,it mainly introduces the definition of business divisions,the connotation and types of coordination mechanism,and elaborates the related theory thereof.Part 3: The introduction of current situation and existing problems of the coordination mechanism between TF business divisions.Firstly,it introduces the company profile,which includes company history,position in the industry,advantages,and the organizational structure of TF Company.Secondly,it elaborates operation situation,the common goal and theinternal informationcoordination and communication between business divisions,sorts out the current internal and external business relationship,product price formation mechanism and technical quality improvement process,quality problem handling process among the business divisions,and compares the evaluation indicators of each business division.Finally,it is the analysis of the problems and causes of the coordination between TF business divisions.It expounds that the eight major problems between the business divisions which include: unreasonable internal transfer price,unfair distribution of benefits,insufficient resource sharing,insufficient development of new products,unsatisfied treatment of quality problem,lack of internal service awareness,low willingness of cooperation,and insufficient communication between business divisions.The paper analyzes the causes of the problems in depth,and summarizes the eight reasons for the problem,the team lacksof:·understanding of the efficiency of the division of labor;·the business divisions lack of incentive guidance mechanism;·resource sharing mechanism;·new product research and development mechanism;·authoritative evaluation of internal quality problems;·the concept of customers ofinternal business divisions of enterprise;·effective evaluation mechanism between business divisions;·information communication platformPart 4: The introduction of the strategies and effect evaluation of coordination mechanism of TF Company.It elaborates in four aspects: strengthening the driving force mechanism,improving the information communication mechanism,establishing the resource-supply mechanism and improving the cooperation incentive mechanism,combining with the actualcoordination situation between business divisions,this paper elaborates the constructive strategiesof coordination mechanism in detail.Questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of the coordination mechanism constructed.Part 5: The conclusion and Prospect.It makes a comprehensive summary of the whole paper and looks forward to the actual effect of the coordination mechanism between business divisions of TF Company.
