In today's smart economic time,companies are facing more and more pressure.In face of the ever-changing outer environment,companies are sometimes unable to cope with problems and tend to be eliminated.Therefore,it is a hot topic to study the ways to stimulate companies'organization vitality,enhance companies' creativity and improve companies' innovation capacity.In recent years,scholars both at home and abroad have made more and more researches on organization conflicts and have reached consensus on the classification and management of constructive conflicts as well as the effect constructive conflicts have on organization performance.This paper,based on the review of previous literature,selects task-oriented constructive conflicts as research objects.It can be divided into two dimensions:the analysis of constructive task conflicts and the analysis of constructive process conflicts.This paper studies the effect the two dimensions have on organization vitality.The task in an organization has to be performed under the management of the managers concerned.So relevant researches on conflicts are sure to be connected with the company managers' management style In a country with a culture of more than five thousand years,the managers of Chinese companies have once exerted authority on management practice.Therefore,this paper introduces authoritative management style as a regulating variable to analyze the regulating effect it has on the constructive task conflicts and organization vitality.This paper selects average employees of a company in our country as samples to perform analysis.A questionnaire is devised to collect relevant data.Then this paper analyzes the data to verify the hypothesis.Results show that both constructive task conflicts and constructive process conflicts have positive effects on organization vitality.And it is also shown that in an organization with authoritative management style,both constructive task conflicts and constructive process conflicts have weaker effects on organization vitality.This paper provides relevant theoretical foundations of management style for company managers,which is instrumental for them to effectively manage constructive conflicts.
