With the rapid growth of social economy,a complete set of incentive mechanism is indispensable for an enterprise or an organization to better stimulate the work enthusiasm of employees.At present,many enterprises at home and abroad attach great importance to employee motivation and constantly improve their incentive mechanism,so as to motivate their employees and improve work efficiency.Talent management has its own characteristics of communication enterprises,in order to better adapt to the current situation of economic and social development in our country,especially in the current our country all telecommunication enterprise in the face of the social economy developing and perfecting of market economy and under the new situation,new background need to be constantly for scientific innovation,with the current era pace,advancing with The Times,constantly adjust and upgrade existing staff incentive mode and method,however,the current source of communication enterprise staff incentive mechanism in our country there are still some problems,therefore,through the establishment of a sound enterprise incentive mechanism,improve the system of telecommunication enterprise human resources,so as to effectively realize the goal of the current communication in our country the overall development of the enterprise,to adapt to the objective requirement of the current development of the socialist market economy.Research content of this article is mainly aimed at China mobile of Jiangxi staff incentive mechanism,the main body of research is the employee management incentive mechanism,this paper firstly studies is about the incentive mechanism of the relevant content and concept,theoretical foundation that led to the study of thesis research,secondly by analyzing the current China mobile of X branch of the enterprise human resources management present situation,pointed out the staff incentive mechanism in the process of management deficiencies and problems,starting from the enterprise level and staff level of problem,analysis of China mobile of Jiangxi employee incentive problem causes,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions,To improve and build the resource incentive mechanism of Jiangxi,the paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the study on the employee incentive mechanism of China mobile of Jiangxi through the form of cases,and puts forward relevant countermeasures to improve the current incentive mechanism of grassroots mobile companies in Jiangxi province from the design,implementation and guarantee of employee incentive.
