SC Supervision Company's Core Competitiveness Research

Since the information system supervision regime implement in China in 2002,the supervision industry start from scratch,expand from small to big,has played a very important role in improving the quality of information system engineering and effective use of construction fund.It promote the modernization and the marketization of the process of the whole information system industry in our country and has obtained the very great achievement.Lots of information system supervision company create a good condition to improve the quality of information system engineering and the use of investment effective,optimized time limit for a project.The regime of information system supervision also developed from grope and learning stage to mature and perfect stage.But our country information system of supervision industry is not mature and information system of supervision enterprise core competitiveness is not favorable at the present.This situation forced supervision information system engineering enterprise services tend to be the same and it's not conducive to the further development of the information system of supervision trade in our country.Based on the above reasons,this paper studied the following issues:Based on this background,this paper combined the basic characteristics of supervision enterprise information system with the theory of core competence and analyzed the core competitiveness of information system of the situation of supervision industry at the present,concluding the four elements of influence of the supervision enterprise core competition are the basic situation,the technical ability,the market resources and the culture of the enterprise.Choosing the information system of supervision company in Shandong-SC as an example,collect the development of relevant data of SC from 2009 to 2015,using the SWOT analysis tool to carry on the comprehensive analysis based on core competitiveness influence factors on various aspects,analyzed the internal advantage and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats of SC has show that SC don't have the advantage in the current market competition.In order to find out the influence factors of the core competitiveness of SC accurately,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,combining with the characteristics of information system of supervision industry to build the enterprise's core competitiveness evaluation regime of information system.Analyses the constitute of the core competitiveness of SC,founding that SC company doesn't have high core competitiveness according to the results.On this basis,summarizes the management experience and current situation of SC company,according to the characteristics of the information system of supervision industry,putting forward that the company improving enterprise's core competitiveness needs to improve the enterprise qualification,the personnel strength,the professional supervision of engineering experience,the supervision of the knowledge base,the enterprise culture and the service quality and so on.
