The Research On Quality Control System Of Manufacture Produce Process For An Assembly-Line Kind Corporation

With the development of informatization, network and integration of manufacturing industry, market competition is fierce day by day, and the product quality demanded by customers is higher, therefore, the quality has become a key successful factor for enterprises competitiveness. In this new mode of production, In order to realize the quality control of remote production, reduce the gap of the quality control level between corporations of developed countries as well , an assembly-line kind corporation must be based on the current international standard of quality management with the standpoint and method of systems engineering, develop the quality control on line and off line By the process control method, and share the production data in different places.This paper has fixed on a quality control scheme of product business process, and developed its prototype system, which is based on the detailed analysis of the whole product business process in the production processing of an assembly-line kind corporation. As for the product-oriented quality data, the system chose the statistical process control method such as process capability indices and control chart and so on, in order to analyze and control the product quality datum in the production processing where the key factor and the weakness is confirmed, which offer help to improve on the manufacturing quality by manage and analyze the quality datum in the production effectively.This paper dealt with a new network-oriented model of production quality control system, fit well to the current assembly-line kind corporations. Such a model also offered a new valuable idea and method for sharing and controlling the remote product-oriented quality data of assembly-line kind corporations. Aiming at product-oriented quality control and analysis methods in different scale and batch were studied under the network-oriented environment. A basic software platform fit to the product-oriented quality control of assembly-line kind corporations was developed.
