Research On The Internal Motivation Of Economic Growth In Shaanxi Province Based On Endogenous Growth Theory

Shaanxi Province is an important provin ce in Western China.The rise of Shaanxi Province is of great significance to the strategic layout of national development.As an important node in the strategic layo'ut of China's One Belt and One Road Strategy,Shaanxi is ushering in a new development opportunity.However,due to many factors,such as being located in the Northwest inland,the late start of development and so on,there is a huge gap between the economic development of Shaanxi Province and the coastal areas of Southeast China.After more than forty years of development,the internal industrial structure,factor endowment structure and econom ic growth mode of Shaanxi social and economic system are constantly changin g.In recent years,Shaanxi's economic growth has slowed down and entered a difficult period of transformation and upgrading.In order to achieve the goal of"Catching Up with and Surpassing Developed Regions"and seize the current development opportunities,and to achieve sustained,stable and high-quality economic growth,it is necessary to understand the problems existing in the internal driving forces of Shaanxi's economic growth,and make timely adj ustments to inject new vitality into econ omic growth and cultivate new dr iving forces.Firstly,this paper summ ar izes the relevant concepts,theoretical basis and domestic and foreign literature on the driving forc.e of economic growth.Secondly,according to the actual situation of Shaanxi Province,the resource endowment and economic growth status of Shaanxi Province are analyzed,in order to understand the participation of various elements and economic growth status in the process of economic operation of Shaanxi Province.Then,the rationality of using the endogenous growth theory model is discussed,and a dynamic economic growth model including capital,kno,wledge and labor,which can reflect the advantages of Shaanxi's science and education resources,is constructed.Through theoretical analysis,how capital and knowledge factors affect Shaanxi's economic output level dynamically is understood.Through empirical analysis,the output elasticity coefficients of capital,knowledge and labor in Shaanxi Province are obtained.It is found that the economic growth of Shaanxi Province is highly dependent on capital,and the contribution of knowledge and labor to economic growth is insufficient.Based on the above results,the growth rate of capital,knowledge and output in the equilibrium state of Shaanxi's economic system are calculated.By further calculating and analyzing the contribution rates of capital,knowledge and labor to Shaanxi's economic growth and their changing trends,it is found that the capital factor is the main driving force in the internal dynamic structure of Shaanxi's economic growth,and it is necessary to give full play to the dynamic supporting role of knowledge and labor factors in the process of economic growth.Then the total factor productivity of Shaanxi Province is calculated,and the problem of excessive capital investment and weak innovation drive in the process of economic growth of Shaanxi Province is obtained by analyzing its changing trend.Finally,in view of the above-mentioned problems in the process of economic growth in Shaanxi Province,this paper puts forward the path selection and policy recommendations to promote the transformation of internal power of economic growth in Shaanxi Province.
