Research On Internet Enterprise Value Assessment Based On EVA

In recent years,as a new economy,Internet enterprises have developed rapidly.With the continuous improvement of information technology,the rapid growth of network coverage and'the rapid expansion of Internet users,the Internet has brought unprecedented convenience and novelty to people's lives in the 21st century.In China,the Internet has become the distribution center of Ideological and cultural information and the amplifier of public opinion,and has increasingly strong social influence.At first,the system failed to keep up with the speed of economic development,which led to the abnormal development of Internet enterprises.Later,with the sound system and policy support,the development of Internet enterprises became better and better.Because of the high cost of attracting users,Internet companies have a high demand for funds.Then investors' accurate judgment of the value of Internet enterprises has become the first condition for investment.At present,there is not enough research on Internet enterprise value evaluation.The key is that there is no effective and wide-ranging model.After analyzing the influencing factors of the value of Internet enterprises,this paper considers that the influencing factors of the value evaluation of Internet enterprises are closely related to the essence of EVA.Therefore,it proposes to evaluate the value of Internet enterprises in China based on EVA.At the same time,combined with the limitations of EVA analysis,we supplement it and analyze the value of Internet enterprises from more dimensions:Firstly,this paper uses the literature analysis method to analyze the enterprise value evaluation and the related research results of the Internet enterprise value evaluation,and finds out the superiority of the Internet value evaluation model based on EVA.Secondly,according to the limitations of EVA model,such as financial orientation and scale effect,and combined with the analysis of influencing factors of Internet enterprise value,a new evaluation index of Internet enterprise value based on EVA is obtained.Then,find a suitable method to evaluate the indicators and calculate the comprehensive evaluation results,and construct a value evaluation volume model of Internet enterprises based on EVA.At last,we select CTU Xunfei as the empirical object of the value evaluation model established in this paper,and compare and verify it according to the steps of the evaluation model and get the evaluation results,which shows that the value evaluation model of Internet enterprises based on EVA constructed in this paper is applicable to a certain extent.At the end of the paper,the author summarizes and prospects the whole paper.
