Study On Tourist Satisfaction Of Wuzhizhou Island In Sanya

Island tourism is the fastest growing field in modern tourism and has become a new growth pole for China's tourism industry.Research on island tourism is also increasing.However,there are relatively few studies on island tourism in China and fewer studies with evidence.Therefore,it is particularly important to expand the research theory system of island tourist satisfaction.This paper sorts out a large number of relevant academic research results including domestic and abroad,in which defines the related concepts of“island tourism” and “tourist satisfaction”,and introduces the operation status,main attractions and special entertainment of Wuzhizhou Island in detail.Secondly,according to the previous research results and the actual situation of Wuzhizhou Island tourist area,this paper constructs tourist satisfaction evaluation index system of the Wuzhizhou Island.And also uses descriptive statistical analysis method to analyze the tourism environment,tourism products,service product quality and overall tourists area satisfaction of Wuzhizhou Island.In addition,this paper makes a difference study on the tourist satisfaction of Wuzhizhou Island.Using the combination of SPSS and statistical analysis methods such as independent sample t test and one-sample ANOVA to conduct the data and analyze the satisfaction of tourists with different demographic characteristics.The research shows that the overall satisfaction of outside tourists to Wuzhizhou Island is significantly higher than that inside the island;the satisfaction of female tourists on commodity prices is significantly higher than that of male tourists;Wuzhizhou Island is more attractive to tourists outside the island;Young tourists' satisfaction of the "ferry boat experience" is significantly higher than that of middle-aged and older tourists;For the occupation of the tourist,the overall satisfaction of people who engage in scientific research and agriculture are significantly higher than others.Finally,based on the conclusions of the above empirical analysis are mentioned,there are some recommendations are suggested,whichincludes optimize the tourism product structure,increase image publicity,improve infrastructure,and strengthen service management.
