The most important problem of the tourist attractions management is the service quality in tourism,which is also the main content for the tourists to evaluate the overall image of the scenic spot.Service quality in tourism not only affects the operating conditions,but also has a great impact on the future development of the scenic spot,and the essence of which is caused by the gap between tourists,expectations and their actual perceptions during the consumption process.When tourists place high hopes on the expectation of the tourism and consumption and actually get low service quality in the scenic spot,their tourist satisfactions will be pulled down.On the contrary,if their tourism expectations to the services of the scenic spot are low,and the actual services quality they experience exceed or keep balance with their expectations,then their tourist satisfactions will be higher.This paper bases on the literature review of evaluation system and study model of the tourist satisfaction,schemes out the measurement scale of tourist satisfaction for Wuzhizhou Island scenic spot in Sanya.And through empirical investigation,different experiencing results of the tourists who have various perceptions towards the popularity of the scenic spot,come from different places,and have different genders,ages,education backgrounds,occupations,monthly incomes,travel modes,travel purposes and numbers of travel,to all services including resource and the infrastructure in tourism attractions,catering services,transport services,entertainment and tour services,shopping services,management services as well as information services is obtained.Utilize correlation analysis,variance analysis,independent-samples T test and other methods,the conclusion is drawn that the tourist satisfaction of Wuzhizhou Island scenic spot in Sanya need to be improved,and there are certain differences between the perceptions of the different tourists with basic information categories to all the services of the scenic spot.This paper also holds that if Wuzhizhou Island scenic spot in Sanya want to enhance customer satisfaction perseverely,five aspects of work should be completed as follows:first of all,strengthen the overall design of the service system of Wuzhizhou Island scenic spot;secondly,locate the price of tourism products reasonably;and then,shape pluralistic tourism productions to meet the needs of various tourists;next,accelerate the training and cultivation of service-oriented talents for the scenic spot;finally,vigorously improve the reputation construction of the scenic spot.
