Research On The Construction Of Smart Tourism Scenic Spot In Wuzhizhou Island,Sanya And Its Tourist Satisfaction

With the current vigorous development of AI and IT technologies,the construction of "tourism+technology" smart tourism has become the trend of tourism development in the world.Sanya Wuzhizhou Island,as an island with high visibility in Hainan and even the whole country,has become a very popular tourist attraction with the full liberalization of the prevention and control of the COVID-19,and is increasingly welcomed by tourists and concerned by the society.The construction of intelligent tourism scenic spots on Wuzhizhou Island in Sanya is of high research value.From the perspective of tourists,this paper discusses the satisfaction of the construction of Wuzhizhou Island’s intelligent scenic spots.On the one hand,it promotes the better development of Wuzhizhou Island’s scenic spots,and on the other hand,it provides a reference for the construction of intelligent tourism in domestic island scenic spots.This article summarizes the theoretical system of tourist satisfaction of the island’s smart scenic spot in the theory of predecessors.Assuming the theoretical model,visit the Wuzhizhou Island Scenic Area,high-level and middle-level managers of the scenic area to communicate and discuss With the recycling questionnaire,use the SPSSAU software to analyze the recovered questionnaire,check the assumption model,and correct the model.And use the model to analyze the quality,perception value and tourist satisfaction analysis of Sanya Wuzhizhou Island’s smart tourism perception of Sanya Wuzhizhou Island smart scenic spot construction,to solve such an deadlock,and put forward the upgrading of the smart system of the scenic area and Maintenance,strengthen multi-channel promotion of smart tourism,establish a platform for tourist information exchange sharing,and strengthen smart service innovation and increase the income of scenic spots.
