Research On A Bank's Supply Chain Financial Prepayments Financing Model

Faced with the impact of multiple external factors such as interest rate marketization reform and Internet finance,supply chain finance business has become an important tool for commercial banks to transform from a single credit business model to an integrated business model.Commercial bank supply chain financial business can solve the problem of financing difficulties for SMEs while expanding its business scope,acquiring customers and increasing profits,and improving the overall operational efficiency of the supply chain and promoting the healthy and orderly development of the real economy.However,changes in external environment,intensified competition in the industry and product homogeneity have led to a growth bottleneck in the development of commercial banking supply chain financial services.Supply chain financial prepayment business financing model is one of the main financing models of supply chain finance.China's major commercial banks have carried out supply chain financing business under this model.Therefore,deeply analyzing the operation process,income situation and risk control measures of this model,and then exploring the problems existing in them and proposing corresponding development strategies accordingly are of great significance to solve the problems faced by commercial banks in the development of supply chain finance.This paper chooses supply chain financial prepayment financing model of A Bank as the research object,which is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research's background and significance,combs the relevant literature at home and abroad,and lays the theoretical foundation of the research.And give the research content and how the case is designed of the paper.The second chapter introduces the basic situation of the A Bank's supply chain financial prepayment model and the motivation of developing the supply chain financial prepayment financing model.The third chapter is the case analysis,which introduces the specific credit process,income,and risk management measures through A Bank providing prepaid payment financing for X Company,and provides an in-depth analysis of problems existing in operation process,income fluctuation and risk management under this model.The last chapter puts forward corresponding suggestions for optimizing the financing model of A Bank's supply chain financial prepayment.Supply chain finance business has become a new profit growth point for China's major commercial banks tocompete and develop.Therefore this paper analyzing the A Bank's prepayment payment financing model is also of great significance to China's other commercial banks to improve the supply chain financial prepayment financing model so as to break through the development bottleneck.
