Due to the development of Internet technology and the change of market demand,product demand is more diversified.Under the original market segmentation,Company I's market has the possibility of stagnation and contraction.In order to survive and develop,Company I expanding its product line and service categories.In the stage of strategic transformation,how to overcome their management inertia,adjust their management strategy and land through performance management is the main content of this paper.Firstly,the background of company I and the current situation of company performance management system are elaborated,and with study of some classic theory,this paper uses KPI,BSC,Activity-Based Costing method and Benchmarking Management method,and refers to the performance management scheme of two star enterprises(Deloitte and Huawei).Then,through the actual interviews and the feedback information obtained from the survey,The overall performance management problems are determined to be three main aspects: Performance plan didn't meet market value chain expectations and no quick adjustment for long-term talent strategy;Performance counseling cannot promote performance improvement and no timely performance feedback;Performance appraisal was rigid and the performance management cannot form effective incentives.The main reasons are the strategic adjustment does not adapt to the new development stage of enterprises and market demand,and the interaction between internal management inertia and external sudden environmental changes.Through the research,the strategy of culture leading,breakthrough by innovation and data guidance has been determined for Company I.By reconstructing the value chain according to the market,balancing the new talent characteristics and the development needs of enterprises,a strategic landing model is proposed,which takes the balanced scoring method as the framework and the feedback communication tool of rapid innovation performance as the essence.Help enterprises effectively integrate existing resources under the framework of performance management,complete the transformation from professional functional personnel needs to multi-functional and highly flexible personnel needs,and stimulate team performance to meet the challenges of Dalian company I.
