In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,especially in the mobile Internet technology,Internet of things,cloud computing as a representative of the development of information technology and widely used in the field of business,make the traditional growth pattern,management pattern and the development of the marketing is no longer applicable in today's society,our country has entered a new industry.At the same time,with the development of new media technology,the era of consumer sovereignty has come,and the personalized needs of consumers are constantly increasing.The mass commodities generated by mass media cannot meet the personalized needs of consumers.In the face of the new economic environment,traditional enterprises must break through the bottleneck of development with the help of the new generation of information technology to realize the deep integration of technology and industry and complete the transformation of enterprise innovation.JML enterprise,as a traditional private enterprise of fast moving consumer goods,faces this economic situation,its development is difficult.On the one hand,China's beverage industry has formed a three-way situation,namely,Coca-Cola,Pepsi and Master Kong.As a private enterprise with a late start,JML has been surviving in the gap in the highly competitive beverage industry.On the other hand,the development of information technology has an impact on the core competence of enterprises and poses a challenge to the long-term construction of their competitive advantages.If JML enterprises can in this challenge,took the lead with the help of a new generation of information technology to complete the transformation,not only can solve the problem of existence,but also to break the current position in the industry occupy the beverage industry in the future competitive advantage,also for our country large Numbers of FMCG enterprise to complete transformation to provide the reference.Based on FMCG enterprises in the era of Internet economy in transition this research direction,with JML enterprise as the research object,focuses on analyzing JML problems existing in the enterprise management and the macro environment and industry environment,clear enterprise transformation is the use of information technology in combination with its own resources ability,low and effectively meet customer diversification and personalized needs to gain a competitive advantage.On this basis,the paper analyzes the specific transformation strategies of enterprises in growth mode,management mode and marketing mode.In the end,the paper summarizes the guarantee force for the enterprise to carry out innovation and new transformation,and provides reference for other beverage enterprises to transform.
