Research On The Efficiency Of Agricultural Insurance Subsidy In China

China's agricultural insurance has a relatively short development time.In 2007,the state officially implemented the agricultural insurance premium subsidy policy,which is China's agriculture.The development of insurance has injected fresh blood,which has led to a rise in premium income and an increasingly comprehensive farmer's guarantee.Premium subsidies have become the key to the development of China's agricultural insurance.However,there are also many problems in the process of subsidies,such as the single form of subsidies,the inconsistency of regional subsidies,insufficient propaganda of subsidy policies,and the inability of subsidized agricultural insurance products to meet the needs of farmers.These problems have led to some areas in the actual subsidy process.Agricultural insurance subsidies are not efficient.Based on the status quo of China's agricultural insurance subsidy,this paper introduces China's agricultural insurance subsidy policy and subsidy development,and analyzes the effectiveness and problems of agricultural insurance subsidy in China.On this basis,the efficiency problem in China's agricultural insurance subsidy process research.In this paper,the efficiency study is divided into two parts for empirical analysis.The first part is empirically using the data envelopment analysis(DEA)method,taking the provincial panel data as an example to calculate the efficiency of agricultural insurance subsidies in each province from 2011 to 2015.The individual provinces studied the differences in subsidy efficiency and the slack variables between different regions to obtain the direction of subsidy improvement.The second part of the empirical analysis is the analysis of the influencing factors based on the first part,and the subsidy efficiency of each province is explained.Variables,analyze some external environmental factors that affect the efficiency of subsidies,and further study how to improve the efficiency of subsidies based on the direction of subsidy improvement in the first part.Finally,summarize the empirical results and make relevant recommendations to make relevant contributions.
