With the advent of the new normal of economic development,China's economic growth rate has shifted from high-speed to medium-high speed,and the momentum of economic development has also shifted from factor-driven to innovation-driven.The task of upgrading the industrial structure with innovation and improving the quality of economic growth is imminent.The proposal of the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei requires that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should gradually form an endogenous driving force for promoting coordinated economic development and achieve the integration and development of technological innovation,industrial upgrading and economic growth.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to have an in-depth understanding of the internal mechanism of technological innovation,industrial upgrading and economic growth,to dig deep into the internal links of the three,to find innovation-driven industrial upgrading,and to promote the inherent logic of economic development.Based on the complexity of the internal mechanism of technological innovation,industrial upgrading and economic growth,this paper considers that technological innovation,industrial upgrading and economic growth are regarded as a coupled system,which can better express the internal logic of the three and reveal three more deeply.The internal mechanism between the people.Therefore,based on Marx's economic thought,Schumpeter's innovation theory and new economic growth theory,this paper analyzes the coupling factors of the interaction of scientific and technological innovation,industrial upgrading and economic growth,and analyzes the coupling mechanism of technological innovation,industrial upgrading and economic growth.Construct a framework model of the coupling mechanism of the three.Then,the evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation,industrial upgrading and economic growth was constructed,and the specific analysis and comprehensive evaluation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's innovation level,industrial structure and economic growth status were carried out.On this basis,the coupling model of science and technology innovation,industrial upgrading and economic growth and the model of couplingcoordination degree are established,and the coupling relationship between science and technology innovation,industrial upgrading and economic growth in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is empirically studied.The empirical results show that the coupling degree of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is very high,and the coupling coordination degree enters the intermediate coordination coupling stage.The overall development period is in progress and the development level needs to be further improved.Finally,based on theoretical analysis and empirical results,from the perspective of the coupling relationship between technological innovation,industrial upgrading and economic growth,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the regional integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are proposed.
