In recent years,as the world's largest manufacturing country and the world's second largest economy,China's market economy is developing rapidly and the degree of participation in global economic integration is also increasing.As a third-party testing industry in the modern technology service industry,with the further deepening of the country's reform and opening up,it has ushered in a period of rapid development,with opportunities and challenges coexisting.At present,the global economic downturn,domestic labor costs continue to rise,the entire industry's business is facing the threat of slowing growth,coupled with the extremely fierce competition in the third-party testing market,in order to survive and long-term development in such a dilemma,the key account relationship management is a very core issue.At the same time,STQ Testing in the Yangtze River Delta is a private third-party testing company serving the automotive and consumer goods sectors.The target customers are mainly EU and USA retailers,small and medium-sized buyers,import traders and domestic and foreign sales-oriented manufacturing plants.However,in recent years,as foreign-invested giants accelerate their deployment in various fields in China,large-scale private testing companies are also expanding on their local advantages,and the detection market of small private third-party testing companies is constantly being compressed.In the new competitive environment,STQ testing is facing the threat of serious customer loss and declining turnover.It is urgent to reposition the company's key account development strategy in order to achieve sustainable development.This paper is based on the ultimate goal of key account relationship management,to improve the satisfaction of key account and to transform the satisfaction of key account into the loyalty of key account to the company,improve the overall profit of the company,and finally achieve the goal of long-term development of the company,this paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,in-depth interviews method and statistical analysis method,etc.,to find out the main problems in the key account management of STQ testing and analyzes them.Guided by the theory of key account relationship management,we re-organized the relevant servise processes of the company's key account management.Finally,implement improved customer management solutions and propose relevant protection recommendations for the program.At the end of the paper,we found a key account relationship management process and management strategy suitable for the company's current development.The new key account management process and strategy design are relatively reasonable and efficient,which improves the satisfaction and loyalty of STQ's key account satisfaction,and play a guarantee role in the relationship management of STQ's key account and other ordinary customers.At the same time,the paper has certain reference and innovative significance for the key account relationship management of the same type of private third-party testing companies.
