| With more than 20 years of rapid development,China has become the world’s largest tire producer and major consumer of natural and synthetic rubber.As a real manufacturing enterprise,tire enterprises inevitably produce a large amount of waste materials in their production and operation as well as in the upgrading of products and equipment.As one of the biggest tire manufacturers in terms of production and sales in China,GITI produces about 160,000 tons of waste materials every year.GITI paid more attention to the scale of production to speed up expansion and sales income rapid growth,but paid less attention to waste materials as a single business management.As a result,various problems occurred,including many loopholes,single management method,extensive working pattern,limited disposal method and low economic benefits in process.In addition,waste material itself has a high residual value and the profit space.The company management has shortcomings,it turns out that the waste materials management personnel in subordinate factories did a lot of damages to the interests of the company for their own interests,causing great economic losses to the enterprise.Therefore,how to rebuild and optimize a set of business process that conforms to the reality of GITI and meets the requirements of customers,and how to effectively improve the sales revenue of waste materials of the company is directly related to whether the business can be carried out smoothly.In view of many problems in the process of waste materials management,this study combines the theory of business process reengineering theory,material management theory and 3R manufacturing theory,uses a variety of research tools and methods and analyzes the status of process management and causes of the problems.Based on in-depth insight into the nature of the waste materials process management,the inner and outer environment the companies face and the real need of the customers,GITI focuses around five key aspects including business classification,business storage,inventory management,bid management and sales management,re-optimizes and designs waste materials process management and matches relevant safeguard measures in order to make this process more suitable for the development of the enterprise and the actual needs of the business,In this way,it is expected to improve the customer satisfaction and effectively increase the company’s earnings on waste materials.Therefore,it has certain directive significance for guiding the scientific waste materials process management of tire enterprises. |
