Most technological transformations in the field of engineering projects involve the use of advanced technology and equipment,and the project investment is huge.During the entire process of project development,risks such as early-stage design inadequacies,lack of technical solutions,lack of project liquidity,and non-standard construction management may occur at any time.Once the risk of engineering projects occurs,it will inevitably lead to huge economic losses.At the same time,it may also cause safety accidents,and the consequences are difficult to estimate.The no-heat waste heat utilization project carried out by Y Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.is a large-scale engineering project for heat-regeneration of heat and power cogeneration enterprises.It is the first application of a new type of high-efficiency absorption heat pump technology for large-scale thermoelectric companies,and the rapid demand for heat supply for urbanization is rapidly increasing.Growth,and the construction of new supporting heat sources affected by the macro-industry adjustment will not be completed in the short term of the same type of company has a strong reference.The waste heat recovery heat recovery project carried out by Y Thermo Power Co.,Ltd.can fully exploit the potential of its own unit equipment and greatly increase the existing heating capacity.Therefore,Y thermal power company's use of waste heat and steam for deep risk management of the project has a very important significance.Based on the theory of risk management,this paper analyzes the project features of the technical upgrading project of the thermoelectric company for the project of the Y-thermoelectric company's exhaust gas waste heat utilization project.Through the analysis of the whole process of the waste heat recovery and heat utilization project carried out by Y Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,first of all,the use of risk check check method and brainstorming method to identify the project risk indicator factors,determine the environmental risk,management risk,financial risk,and technology There are five categories of risk and social risk and 22 major risk factors.Then,based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),a quantitative evaluation was performed on the identified risk factors.Technical risks and management risks were identified as relatively important risk factors.The total risk of the project was calculated to be 2.40.Between weaker and normal levels.Finally,specific and targeted risk response measures are put forward for the five major risk factors of project management,and special organization organizations are taken as the guarantee for risk monitoring.This article evaluates the risk assessment of the Y Steam Power Company's waste steam waste heat utilization project project.Due to the adoption of the latest absorption heat pump technology for the Y Steam Power Company's waste steam waste heat utilization project,this project has a limited risk management experience and a waste steam waste heat utilization project.The transformation involves more risks,better returns and good promotion value.Therefore,the research on the risk management of the waste heat recovery project of the Y Thermal Power Company not only has important guiding significance for effectively reducing and avoiding risks in the investment decision-making and actual construction of the project,but also can provide powerful support for decision-making in other similar projects.Help and use for reference.
