Research On The Improvement Of Financial Risk Control Of Shenzhen Kaidongyuan Company

With the rapid development of China's economy,the rise of the Internet economy,as the backbone of the Internet economy,logistics and transportation industry has also flourished.Emerging logistics industry is developing like a raging fire,accompanied by the growing internal and external financial risks of logistics and transportation enterprises.Especially in recent years,with the escalation of the international trade war,the domestic and foreign economic environment is in a more tense state.The depression of the economic environment has brought about changes in the logistics industry.Some logistics enterprises are already unsustainable,and financial risks are frequent.This brings a timely wake-up and reflection to the managers of logistics enterprises in China: how should enterprises survive the economic crisis and how to control their own financial risks? On this basis,this paper takes Kaidongyuan Logistics as the research object,and carries out the improvement research of financial risk management and control.This paper takes Kaidongyuan Logistics Company as an example.Firstly,starting from the basic theory of financial risk,on the basis of elaborating relevant theories,through the analysis of financial data and important indicators,the paper identifies the current situation of financial risk of logistics company with the dimension of financial activities as the main line;secondly,it closely combines the characteristics of logistics enterprises,and finds out the impact of enterprise finance from the internal and external environment of enterprises.The reason of the risk,and use the comprehensive scoring system to evaluate the company's financial risk comprehensively,judge that the current enterprise's financial risk management and control mode needs further improvement and optimization;finally,from the aspects of financing,investment,budget management,cost and expense control management,control system construction and improvement of the company's control environment,put forward the improvement plan of enterprise's financial risk management and control.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the financial risk management and control of logistics enterprises which are still in the growth stage in China.
