Risk Research Of Financial Logistics In Third-party Logistics Enterprises

Finance logistics means in the supply chain, a financial and logistics integrated in novative services provided by the third-party logistics enterprises, it has brought new p rofit growth point and developed the new Blue Ocean market to the third-party logistic s enterprises, has solved the difficult situations in supply chain about the financing to s mall and medium sized enterprises, also has broaden the scope of business of financial institutions. But in China, the financial logistics services is still in the development sta ge, the laws and regulations are not perfect, the market is not yet mature, many links in operations and so on, for the provider of financial logistics enterprises, the third-party logistics enterprises will face many potential risks. Therefore, what risks will the thirdparty logistics enterprises face, and how to control these risks wil constitute the motiva tion of this article.This paper has analyzed the financial risk from the angle of the third-party logistic s enterprise. Firstly, reviewed the development course and the present situation of the d omestic and foreign financial logistics, analyzed the causes and significance of financia l logistics service provided by the third-party logistics enterprises, as well as the future development direction of China’s financial logistics. Introduced the current logistics fin ance model, and analyzed the operation process of each model, based on the operation process and the previous research, summarized the various risks the third-party logistic s enterprises may face, and analyzed these risks, then got the risk evaluation index. Bas ed on the primary risk index, evaluate the importance of each index by making questio nnaire, using principal component factor analysis method to select indicators,Retained the high reliability index and then form the final evaluation index system, on the basis, constructed the risk assessment model. Test the applicability of the model with the actu al case, according to the practice of the risk management in the third-party logistics ent erprise, put forward some preventive measures to the higher risk factors for the develo pment of the financial operation of the logistics service.This paper analyzed the risk which the third-party logistics enterprises may face in the financial logistics service, respectively from the two aspects of theory and practi ce, put forward some countermeasures to prevent the risk, which has provided the theo retical basis and practical reference for the third-party logistics enterprises in logistics f inancial services in China.
