| Nowadays,as the development of economic globalization and the progressive trade constantly,enterprise has been turned from an individual to a part of the supply chain link.Supply chain is made up of individual enterprise depend on each other for the efficiency optimization of the whole value chain.Facing the rapid changes in the external environment,enterprises must have long-term purchase planning and improve supplier management to improving the competitive force.The different between supply chain purchasing and traditional purchasing are analyzed on the basis of the theory SCM.This thesis chooses LW company as an example,and analyses the shortcomings in current situation of procurement,and restructures purchasing business,which is translated into a new purchasing mode under supply chain environment.For the new purchasing mode to build a comprehensive purchasing mode between supply and demand.As an example the inventory materials in electrical warehouse are verified.A cycle of economic order quantity has been figured out.As is proved above,this model can make the comprehensive cost absolutely reduced and make the relations between the two sides develop steady.The challenges under supply chain environment are analyzed based on vendor managed theory.The improvements of manufacturing company supply chain and vendor managed are proposed.Another shortcoming of existing LW supplier management and improvement measure has been put up.Then a supplier's index system has been listed according to the actual situation of the warehouse.The weighing of every index is obtained by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and judged the weighing reasonable by consistency examination.At last,this thesis elaborates the theory of manufacturing inventory management,and the improvement strategy is provided by theory,such as Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI).The theoretical support and improvement project are provided for enterprises set policies of inventory management. |
